Aqua Running

Thought i'd give it another go! so went aqua running tonight, took my dad this time, and I think he really enjoyed it!

The session was:

Dynamic stretching

20 seconds with a 5 second recovery       x5
30 seconds with a 10 second recovery     x5
40 seconds with a 10 second recovery     x5
1 minute with a 15 second recovery         x5
1.30 minutes with a 30 second recovery  x5

Light jogging

Dynamic stretching.


I found this video online, not quite what we do, but still well worth a watch (very interesting).
