Tonbridge cross Country today. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to run, because I still have the annoying cough. But I decided to give it ago anyway and see how I felt.
I started off feeling rough and be the end of the first lap wanted to give up, but with the support of another runner, I kept going. It's really nice to have everyone supporting each other even though we all from different clubs, we are all part of the running community. I managed to finish in 56th place a few back form last time, but it's going to make me work harder next time.
Next one is on the 12th November. Hopefully i'll be better, It'll be nice to run one without a cold!!
