Went for a run with Dad and George tonight. 6 miles on a slightly undulating course around Etchinghill and Lyminge. Knee was a little achy (not as much as yesterday) maybe it'll get better the more I use it! Both my legs felt tired tonight and as a result I kept tripping up the kerbs, where I wasn't picking my feet up properly!!
When I got home I did lots of stretching and then some self massage that I learnt from @lesleybryant (twitter) at the @damekellyholmes (twitter) workshop day! It's really helped and my legs feel a lot better for it!
Then I had something to eat within the 'golden hour' to get my energy levels back up, which I learnt about on Monday at the Nutrition Talk!
Then a nice hot bath!!
Next training tomorrow night!
