Tuesday- 1.5mile warm up, 6x1min hard, 1mile cool down
Wednesday- Steeplechase mobility class
Thursday- Easy 3.5mile run
Friday- REST DAY went up to the London Marathon Exhibition with dad today! It didn't seem as good as previous year but that may be because we've been a lot before so we've seen it all! Although we did see the 101year old man who will be running on sunday!
I might go to the training session down the canal path tomorrow but haven't decided yet!
