Club Training

Went to the club tonight! Did a 1.5mile warm up jog and then drills. The main session was Parlauff for 20mins! I felt really good on my fast runs and kept them all fairly even! Then did a mile jog to cool down and some stretches! It was really good session and I really enjoyed it, plus it was nice to finish before it got dark!

Will try and get out for a run tomorrow!
