Went Aqua Running tonight. I found it very tough!! Im not that good a swimmer, so I,m not that confident in the water, but gave it my all! I find it hard to breath when I'm in water, don't know if its a general thing or just me!
So we started off with dynamic stretches in the water, then swam up to the deep end.
The session was:
20 seconds with a 5 second recovery x5
30 seconds with a 10 second recovery x5
40 seconds with a 15 second recovery x5
1 minute with a 30 second recovery x5
1 and a half minutes with a 30 second recovery x5
Then some gentle jogging to cool down, and more dynamic stretches to finish.
It doesn't sound hard, but it really is. I really struggled on the last set!
Good news is my back feels absolutely fine (touch wood).
Nothing tomorrow and Friday and maybe a very steady 2miles on saturday!

Good to hear that your back feels better. That Aqua session sounds like hardwork. I must give it a go some time. x
