Back still not 100% but thought I'd try a run and see how it felt. It wasn't to bad on the warm up, slight pain but nothing major! Then did a parlauf session for 20 minutes, again back was ok whilst run but still felt slight pain. After the session back tighten up and really hurt so I didn't really do a proper cool down, just walked back to the clubhouse. Came home and had a nice hot bath and sprayed some Deep Heat on it and that has eased the pain.
I'm not going to run over the weekend. On Wednesday I might pop down to the sports centre and join in with the aqua jogging!
I'm so gutted this has happened so close to the start of basic training :(
