Club Night

Second training session back and we did:

1.5 mile warm up

6x300m (only 6 as I'm doing the track session on Saturday)
I felt fine after yesterday's run so I ran them a little quicker than 800m pace. I wasn't giving 100% but I was putting alot of effort in.



Track session coming up on Saturday which sounds like it's going to be 1500m time trial, followed by some reps! I'll blog after!
