Dragged myself out of bed on Saturday morning to be at the Julie Rose Stadium for 8am!! We did a 1.5mile warm up, a few strides, and then into a 1500m time trial. I know I've only just started back training again but I was a little disappointed with my time of 6.25 :(
After the 1500 we did 3x200m sprints followed by 3x150m sprints, I felt a lot better doing giving max effort!
Then a 800m jog to cool off.
Went to Sweatshop in the afternoon, got my Cross Country Spikes..... they're PINK!!!
