Third week back in training, didn't run yesterday, was recovering from the races at the weekend! Today I went swimming did somewhere between 15-20 lengths before all the school kids got in! Felt really tired in the afternoon and was thinking about not running! But I pulled myself together and got out there and did it! The session was-
2laps jogging
Circuits
20 minute Parlauf session
Dynamics to cool down
I really pushed myself on the fast runs and felt that I maintained a good pace and I didn't feel that I slowed towards the end! Really pleased with tonight's training, now for aqua running tomorrow!!
