Aqua Running

Went Aqua running tonight, Haven't been in a while cause there was a break in the holidays and I was away last week! Anyway I enjoyed tonights session which was-

Dynamics in water to warm up

8x 20seconds
5seconds recovery

8x 30seconds
10seconds recovery

8x 40seconds
15seconds recovery

5x 1minute
30seconds recovery

Slow jogging and dynamics to cool down.


Feel like I'm getting a little better every time I go.

Swimming and Running tomorrow, then racing on Friday!
