Back to Training

So haven't run over the last week and a half as I still had that cold and cough, but thats gone now so back to training.

On Tuesday went to the club and did:

1mile warm up to the leas

2mins hard          1min recovery
4mins hard          2mins recovery
6mins hard          3mins recovery
8mins hard          4mins recovery
6mins hard          3mins recovery
4mins hard          2mins recovery
2mins hard          1min recovery

Just in the reps covered 5.28miles

then 1mile back to the club.




Wednesday

Aqua jogging, legs were stiff from Tuesday's session, but still went.

we did:

Dynamics

5x20seconds          5second recovery
5x2minutes            1minute recovery
5x1minute             30second recovery
5x30seconds         15seconds recovery
5x20seconds         5seconds recovery


dynamics to cool off.
