Saturday XC Training

Rest day Friday, then back to work with XC Saturday morning. I woke up totally not up for running, and with a slight head ache :( but once we got going I got into the swing of it!

1.5 miles warm up

2x 3minute up and downhill
2x 4minutes up and down hill

5x 80m strides

1.5 miles cool down

Cake and Coffee after :)
