XC Training

Sorry have been really rubbish at blogging this week. Anyway here goes, last Saturday went Cross Country training up at Brockhill, was a really hot morning and a really tough session-

1.5miles ish to warm up

2x100m uphill
2x45m uphill
2x60m uphill
2x50m down hill
2x50m uphill
2x60m down hill

1.5miles ish to cool down.

Was a really tough but enjoyable session.
