Aqua Running tonight, the session was-
Dynamics
2minutes easy jogging then,
1minute hard running, 1minute easy jogging
2minutes hard running, 2minutes easy jogging
3minutes hard running, 3minutes easy jogging
4minutes hard running, 4minutes easy jogging
Dynamics to cool down.
Thought I would struggle on the longer reps but they weren't as bad as I thought. Every time I go I feel like I'm improving!!
