Day after Race

So this morning I woke up feeling great, my legs felt good and not stiff at all! So went to the club tonight and was debating whether to just do a steady recovery run or the planned session, but after the warm up I felt really good so I decided to go for the session, which was:

1.5mile warm up

4x200m with a 200m recovery

then

8x100m with 100m recovery

800m jog

Stretches

Really good speed session!
