So tonight I decided to go for a steady 4 mile run. Averaging 7.30 mile pace, first 3 miles were good but at 3.2miles I started to get pain in the top of my right leg, so just left it at 3 and jogged the last mile home. So for 3 miles it took 22.40
Will do an easy 3miles tomorrow, probably with the dog! don't want to over do it as I'm racing on Tuesday. I'll probably try and get a weights session in at the gym!
