Running with George

Today I went for a lovely steady run with George, and Elly went on the bike. We went down Horn Street onto the canal path and down to Twist Road and back. In total it came to just about 4miles, recently I've been getting the same knee pains but in my left knee, I think its where I'm compensating for my right knee(if that makes sense).

All in all it was a lovely run! Now just looking forward to Saturday!!
