Training on the leas

Yesterday night we ran form the club to the leas and did 6x4mins with 2minute recoverys. My knee started to stiffen up between the 4th and 5th one. So I called it a night a 5 reps and took a slow jog back to the club. My knee was quite stiff yesterday night so slept with a hot water bottle on it. Hopefully will loosen off!
