Tuesday training

Went to the club tonight, haven't run since the weekend but legs felt fine.
The session was -

1.5mile Warm up

Core strengthening and conditioning  sit ups/press ups/plank

1minute hard, 1minute recovery
2minutes hard, 1minute recovery                                X3
3minutes hard, 2minutes recovery


Jog to cool down and dynamics.
