Swimming & Running - Thursday

Went swimming today did 30 lengths which is good for me! Took me a while, but I did it! I feel like I'm getting better in the water, don't get out of breath as quickly!

Went to the club tonight as well, only did an easy session which was-

Warm up: 1 mile jog
Dynamics

Session: Indian File 10 minutes


I only did 10 minutes cause I'm racing tomorrow at Rye 5k
