So, was going to go to the Twickenham Open Meeting today, but decided that it was rather a long way to go for only me to run! Instead went up to Brockhill Park this evening and did a nice hill session up there.
The session was-
1.5 mile warm up around the XC course
8x 80m hill sprints
1mile to cool down
Really worked hard on the sprints and ran them better than I thought I would considering the majority of running I have been doing has been on the track or flat roads.
Steady 4 miles tomorrow, then club on Tuesday.
