Went Aquq Jogging on Wednesday and the session was-
Dynamics
1.30 x5 with 30seconds recovery
1.00 x10 with 20seconds recovery
0.40 x5 with 15seconds recovery
0.30 x5 with 10seconds recovery
0.20 x5 with 5seconds recovery
Dynamics to cool down.
Thursday went to the club and did a steady 3.5 mile jog.
