Club Session Tuesday

Went to the club tonight, didn't run Sunday or Monday so had to put in a good session!

1.5mile warm up

4 sets of-

2mins fast pace
2 mins recovery
4mins fast pace
2mins recovery

I was really putting in effort on the fast ones, especially the 2mins!

Followed by a 2 lap cool down.

My back has been feeling fine, but towards the end of tonights session it was feeling a little warm, nothing to worry about though!
